An Opinion Piece on the ASA Boycott of Israel

I found this article from a college student who is responding to one of his professor's statements on the ASA boycotts. Opinions?

Considering the vibrant academic community in Israel this boycott will do more to deprive the world than to deprive Israel. It seems a bit petty to me but if the organizers of the ASA feel so strongly then they must follow their morals on the issue.
