But if this has been brought up then I'm sorry for the repeat. I heard about it on the radio, about this man who fell to his death while mountain climbing and the camera he had with him contained these pictures that seem to show a being or figure in the sky. Its just the effect of a kind of freezing fog! where the sun shinning thru shows up the finest ice crystles floating about in the air, they amount to a very very fine dusting on the gorund/objects, i've only seen it a few times ever! it's weird..... I first read about this in two beautiful, nineteenth century books given to me by an old gentleman back in about 1946. The book is in two volumes and is called "Science For All". The volumes are profusely illustrated with superb etchings in black and white. If I can find these books I'll have the illustration of the Heiligenschein article photocopied and send it in. RobandShannon.com angel pictures Obviously a sad/tragic aspect to the story, but the pictures are nothing more than a Glory - an optical phenomenon caused by refraction of light. soul_ecnirp Posted November 5, 2006 #23 Share Posted November 5, 2006 cool! i found many things i have observed in those four pictures, in the first picture, i find the rock at the side looking like a hand reaching out, and more fog,.. on the second picture,more fog,.. on the third picture, zoomed the first picture and a figure like in the first picture,.. last picture, the rocks look like two hands.. did you notice that ones?? i sure do know you noticed those ones! And , by the way, I dont think the airplane and the rainbow thing is an explanation to those angel´s pictures.
