xCrimsonx Posted April 27, 2009 #2 Share Posted April 27, 2009 I saw this flower on a doco once, facinating. Stinky is not good! LOL
zrina11 Posted April 27, 2009 #3 Share Posted April 27, 2009 We had very similar flower growing in our backyard. No idea how it got there but god, did it stink. The funny thing was that for about two days we were looking around the backyard trying to find out where the smell was coming from. We honestly thought it was a dead animal of some sort. It was horrible.
schizoidwoman Posted April 27, 2009 #4 Share Posted April 27, 2009 I saw this on TV years ago (possibly Gardener's World or something similarly shameful)... I don't think I'd like a whiff!
Still Waters Posted April 27, 2009 Author #5 Share Posted April 27, 2009 There used to be tv documentaries shown in the UK about Kew Gardens....they showed the day to day running of the place and how they looked after all the plants throughout different times of the year. It was very interesting I thought. You don't expect flowers to 'stink' though do you
