INTERNET PORN! NUFF SAID.

Can you remember when it took a trip to the library with your school pals and a look through three hundred photography magazines just to see one pair of boobies?  Them was the days!  Not. lol

  • Don't trust too much, don't need too much, don't Love too much. Because that too much will hurt you so much.

I think I've counted at least half a dozen adult book and movie stores just walking around within a mile radius of my apartment. There's one right next to a mattress store, maybe one of these days after work I'll grab some reading material and walk 20 meters and flop down on a Sleep-Master.Today I am thankful to hear that my nephew had a good doctors appointment, and previous worries were over something very minor and easy to treat. I'm thankful I have some great people in my life. I ran into someone fairly recently who I was with for 3 years,  and I'm glad we're both doing well in our separate ways and on good, friendly terms together as well. I am thankful I have finally decided to invest myself into a sort of writing project. Even in the very short amount of time I have begun to undertake this venture, I have been glad I did, and I feel it will continue to be a demanding, fulfilling, and enlightening process.

Right now I am grateful for the thunderstorm that hit tonight, bringing me the usual sense of calm and peace. The sudden downpour of rain I got caught walking in, completely soaked me in less than 20 seconds. :)

I am grateful for friends that I have never met, and their compassion and kindness.

I am grateful for this thread, because even though part of me wants to continue to wallow in misery after losing people I love, I know that there is so much still  for me to be grateful for.  Gratitude won't take the pain of missing them away, but the reminder of all the good things certainly helps to heal.

I'm thankful for this Mercury retrograde - no, really!  It's forced me to deal with car maintenance and outstanding employment and financial issues.  Sometimes the universe just makes you sit your butt down and do it.  It has stunk, though, that I've had some awkward moments talking around the foot in my mouth.  Perhaps I should speak and write only when absolutely necessary until Aug. 8th.......um, yeah, riiiiiiight.

Presently, I'm grateful that I've just read some of the finest bit of writing that I've seen in a while, especially on an internet forum.

To the 'sarcastist screamer'; Please keep writing and hone your talent, because you really have one. It's 'plain', but conversational.

Um, okay. My turn again.

I'm grateful that Monday's over.

I'm so old. For most of us Canadians of that era it was either the Eaton's catalogue or National Geographic.

I'm grateful for waking up and being able to get out of bed under my own power...and for eyes and ears to see and hear the world's beauty. I'm grateful to God for the skill of the neurosurgeons who saved my husband's life, because I'm grateful for having my husband. I'm grateful for the wonderful animal companions who bring joy and laughter to my life every day. I'm grateful for the ability to earn money doing work that I love and excel at. I'm grateful for this wonderful web site, which is filled with kind, caring, funny, intelligent, and interesting people.

Ah, heck...I'm grateful for lots of stuff. But to counteract all that sappiness I just wrote, right now I'd be grateful if the breakfast fairy would bring me something to eat. I'm very peckish!

All right, I see what's going on. This is the opening salvo in what will be an escalating series of juvenile tit for tat exchanges. Well titted! Stand by for my upcoming tat. --Dr. Sheldon Cooper
