Could your old albums be worth a fortune?

Some old records fetch £10,000, others - such as a Blur LP worth £70 - are fast risers

Downloading music may be the future but vinyl reigns supreme for the music cognoscenti. And that could mean that your treasured record collection contains some real investment hits.

no way! my old lp's are worth something? I don't believe it. You can pick them up at garage and estate sales for nothing.

I do have an AC/DC 'Back In Black' album. That's the only one I think could be worth anything. Still keeping them, though, too nastalgic I guess

Remember: It's not what the item is worth, it's what the other guy is willing to pay. I have a ton of records I should be liquidating myself, but not for peanuts.

I got my dad collection of LP's, some are still worth listening to but they're not worth anything other then that unfortunately. Still have a usable LP player so I do occasionally pop on a record from time to time.
