Astral projection? What am I feeling

I had this happen to me last night, I am wanting to start trying to astral project so I layed down on my bed and closed my eyes, doing the typical let my body relax and let my mind go blank. However after about twtny minuites I began to feel warmer, starting from my core and going outwards. My body, I am pretty sure, physically twitched because my dog lays next to me and it woke her, my head would tiwtch, certain muscles in my arms and my legs. I then seemed to feel like my body was gtting smaller, everwhere, though I could feel the covers I had on I could also feel a second sensation that seemed to be a half foot above me, just like cool air. My breathing became odd as well, the air seemed to chill as it entered my nose. I just let this happen and a feeling I can only describe to a guy as when one goes over a small hill in a car at a reasonable speed, the light feeling one gets in their man areas. WHich was quite pleasent don't get me wrong. Though after about two minuites it stopped and I opened my eyes. I tried a second time and felt the same thing but it didn't last as long nor did the second feeling above me appear.
