Mattshark and I were discussing the merits of using cloud warfare against Global Climate Change. If we could harness this product of wind turbines more reliably, it'd be a good way to reflect more light away, especially over the oceans up north and down south where the ice is melting.

clouds don't block infrared.  that is where the heat comes from. also what ever is used to keep something out will keep that samething in.

However, if you reflect the sunlight from the clouds before it ever hits and heats a solid surface, there will be less heat energy to hold in.
