You're right, I don't know if they're impossible or just as yet unachieved by human technology.
However, as things stand, people smarter then I have said "their moments are impossible" with the caveat "under the understood laws of physics".

And they HAVE to be hieroglyphs BTW because they're positioned within word structures, rather then as part of a fresco.

These people never really "have" anything. What few unlikely sounding possibilities they present never seem to be something they can agree on for sure either. They seem to present several unlikely sounding ideas and then expect a person to pick one...or some similar such thing. They never seem able to say exactly which particular possibility a person should put their faith in, but it seems any will do however absurd seeming as long as it doesn't involve beings from another star system.

Oh I understand the concept. The concept is that somehow all conditions and positions of matter in the universe always exist and could somehow always be traveled to somehow, somehow... But I also understand that the conditions and positions all matter was in 30 minutes ago NO LONGER EXIST, nor do they for 5 seconds ago, or a hundred years, or 2 thousand, etc...etc... I understand and appreciate that part TOO but apparently you can not. THAT is the starting line, but it's possible you'll never be able to reach it during your entire life.

There exists a device called a "Piece of Eden" which is a relic from a precursor human culture, it enable manipulation of the basic fundaments of reality such as Newtonian physics, the builders of these places used this "Piece of Eden" to build the complex.

Duh. You need to try explaining what adjusts its speed in the "vacuum" of space around the Earth and any other few places where humans have been able to check. It seems even you should have been able to comprehend that much. And it doesn't just have to be slowed down either. That's only true for light from objects moving toward the Earth. For objects moving away from the Earth it seems light would have to be speeded up not slowed down, in order for it all to arrive at the same velocity relative to this planet.

There are religious philosophies that claim that God is a part of everything and everything is a part of God. Therefore God would be 'native' to everywhere and everywhen. Explain that with alien babble. You fail to see the distinction between a creator God and some race of high tech aliens. If an all powerful God exists then the aliens would be a creation as well. As far as I can tell, Nopeda believes that God as presented in the Bible etc is impossible.
Because a couple of us have already proffered "durr, God is God" style explanations when he challenged us with "what else could he be but an alien?" and he's valiantly ignored us.

Give it up nopeda, nobody agrees with your convoluted and misguided (not to mention embarrassingly wrong) attempts to argue the properties of light. Even your fellow ETH proponents have given up trying to correct you on it. When you get to the point where everyone disagrees with you the most likely explanation is that you are wrong. Swallow your pride, show some dignity and move on.

I have noticed an extreme reluctance to learn anything contrary to his own beliefs. I have never, not once, seen him alter his position on anything, despite ironclad examples of his errors. At what point does such constitute trolling?

I believe in the Bible, I can see the accounts that are metaphor/parable etc etc and not a one of them say "extraterrestial" to me, they say "superntural"
