Help needed. What to do in case of......

Ok, so to condense and cut up a huge story from my personal life into a honest and serious question, just know that I experience people around me behaving in odd ways. In this odd behavior I will experience many coincidences in a day and in rapid succession. An example of the particular kind of coincidence is me being in the nurses office being fed up with what I am about to and am telling you and thinking to myself "leave me alone" in my head. Now mind you, I only started thinking that when I lied onto the bed in the nurses office. After that, two girls outside started laughing and in a dramatized and mocking way said "leeeeeeeaaaaaavvvee meeeeee alloooooonnee" "leeettt meeee beeee" and then proceeded to laugh again. Other examples include people saying things relevant to what I am thinking such as yelling "No little ****!" when I think I might be able to do something. I think you get the idea. SO really, in a sense, I am being haunted by paranormal and metaphysical coincidences. Here is the catch though, it only (or just usually) happens, when I think a certain way. IT is a terrible game to play "be careful what you think" all the time. The slightest mistake in my thinking.......and it gets......out of control to say the least. I have almost punched people and screamed. This has been going on for months and months now. What kind of sick enemy is this? I can't even have peace in my own head. It's bad enough dealing with normal negative thinking. It it wrong to want to be free?

Let me try to understand this... You think something and then it happens right?

Perhaps, in future when you think something, try not to mouth the words.. :)

More seriously, you should seek professional help, not at an Interwebz forum. When you get that help - show them your post/s as part of the process.

If you are not comfortable with that, then I would argue that is proof you *need* that help.

Oh, and 'feeling free' comes from within and involves your perception of the REAL world, not seeking an alternative while hiding away anonymously on the web...

How often does this happen? Once per week? Once per day? My first suggestion is to recruit a friend to go around with you and take note of the coincidences as they happen. This will provide a measure of verification (I'm not doubting that this happens to you, but it's always good to have a second source) and give you somebody personal to discuss it with. Also, I seem to recall you saying you have been diagnosed with schizophrenia, so contacting a mental health professional would be a good move. Hope this helps!

Coincidentally, I've been writing a fictional story I've titled, "Ideas of Reference".

]ideas of reference[/b] and delusions of reference involve people having a belief or perception that irrelevant, unrelated or innocuous phenomena in the world refer to them directly or have special personal significance: 'the notion that everything one perceives in the world relates to one's own destiny'.

Just a thought in relation to your post.

I think its just a coincidence my friend

Have you ever thought that the world doesn't revolve around you and your just being dramatic?

You need to relax my friend. Your condition is getting the better of you in these curcumstances. you should learn to be like a duck and let it roll off your back. I know it's hard, and you should always look for professional advice, but ultimately it's how you roll with it. It totaly depends on how much you are aware of at the time. A calm non reactive state of mind will give you time to process the entire reality of what you are preceiving. You don't have to react to any thing. Simply choose how you want to be. Let me know if I can help at all.

Hello,

Being mindful of your thinking is good practice. Our thoughts influence a great deal more that we can appreciate is my understanding.

I didn't mouth the words though. Great and creative advice on showing the person that helps me these posts.

This happens everyday and has been getting worse. I feel like I am trying to hold back a flood with my small hands. The slighest surrender to this feeling I have in relation to the environment makes it explode in its intensity. recently however, I have found a way to hamper its intensity and occurence by focusing on it a certain way, or really, not focusing on it at all per say. Its pretty hard since it's in your face. Edited by tomatoedrama

Ironically I've been looking into this kind of stuff for knowings sake lately..

We are at a great disadvantage when in the presence of these kind of mysteries.. The average person cant cope or function with too much exposure to these kind of energies where the adversary is an unknown force within the psychological/metaphysical spheres. These things can rob us of our freedom of thought and freedom of action, and loosing these freedoms can feel like a total collapse of reality..

What are you left with after such attacks.. You've stepped into a region or world that we know next to nothing about. We have no background and experience, and all we have to work with is a tremendous human tenancy to fantasy and an imagination that can get out of hand very quickly when exposed to such things. It becomes very easy when exposed to this to get yourself deeper and deeper into a world of wonders that morph into terrors.. It's a dangerous situation to leave behind all the common landmarks of freedom of thought and reality behind.. It's new ground.

And it is also a bitter pill to swallow and realize that 9 out of 10 of the people who are exposed to this kind of thing foolishly get themselves into these messes by their own doing.. They become victims of their own thoughts and own extremes.. They are people who in one way or another are unhappy, frustrated, under pressure or who have dabbled with negative forces within, or against others. Seldom are they people who no fault of there own have been exposed to them.

The first question one usually has when this kind of thing occurs is usually "Is this thing real?" or "Is this thing just Psychological?"................. The answer to be honest doesn't matter because any unseen force, real, or imagined, can effect our lives if we let them. And when you add coincidence, it builds the case of reality behind them. Knowledge will get you out of this.. You need to get your freedom back.. There is no reason why you shouldn't try to better understand what is happening to you, but be extremely cautious when exploring areas where knowledge about this is insufficient.. Observe, don't engage with it, and give it no energy.. When you find yourself thinking that certain way, try to discover what sponsors those thoughts, where those thoughts come from. That's usually the first step to gaining knowledge about it. Look for a truth about it, something that is a real discovery about it, not some truth you want, a truth this is..

IMO the ultimate remedy for this is to realize that they can only influence our lives if we let them, so...... dont let them.. Sounds/reads easy, but it's not.. Especially if what is happening is karmic, in which case you'll have to ride it out.. There's all sorts of metaphysical, psychological tools one can use to get to the bottom of it.. Prayer, Affirmations, Introspection, ritual to name a few.. I've struggled myself with negative thought streams, and still do from time to time..

Edited to add: oop's posted before I'd finished...

Corruption of our thoughts and our own psyche/Aura/psychology/call it what you will has a source, be it through external source or by our own acts and actions.. Reversing that cause of corruption is a remedy too, forgiveness, atonement.. Positive changes within your unseen inner life will have positive effects to your spiritual life.. I guess the best thing to remember is that the truth I alluded to before lies within. I've been though a similar process.. and In my own experience, it all comes down to self... No one else can fix it.. But there's plenty who can give good advice.. and bad advice... lol.. choose wisely..

This might help.

The "paranormal/metaphysical" realm does NOT haunt us.They cause NO instrinsic harm nor evil to us. We haunt ourselves and cause our own problems. It is our own mind that determines the reality that we are inhabiting. The mind is like a hammer, it can be used to build a house or to tear it down.

Alright so I made a list of things I KNOW about it at the advice of professor T.

1.It will do things that are based on what I am thinking.

2. It acts malicious in nature.

3. If I listen to it, it gets worse (usually)

4. People act as the instrument for the act of this anomaly to take place. It doesn’t always have to be people though.

5. A normal way of describing what it can do is coincidences.
