The only example I could find was from colorado where people that kill children 2nd degree get lesser sentences, but a while back I was reading an article about it.  No problem about the right wing comment, I lean right on most issues as do most libertarians.

A politican using emotional appeal in order gain public support for an idea? This has never ever happened in the history of the world. Obama's the first to do this.

A lame move but hardly worth the outrage.

In an ideal World a law would be passed were NO guns were allowed and all those out there destroyed, trouble is the law makers are not going to take a risk of trying to pass that without making sure they are armed first.

And every politican since Moses was a lad has done exactly the same thing - why the venom for Obama?
Other then the fact people are falling over themselves to shoot smoke up his **** that is - Nobel prize before even being inaugurated for example.
