It needs to be more on the lines of this thread, something that affects all UM users and has a specific purpose. Otherwise it'll end up being another fun and games thread and we have plenty of those. You need to come up with something different :)
Yes, deffinately.
& what has made this thread most engaging is the prise at the end of it of:
Members being able to put their own intuition to the test.
Members being able to even identify & improve on their own intuition.
Members getting a test result and learning about themselves..

Contary to what some might believe, I didn't start this as and ego me thing..
I was genuinely surprised that members seemed to know that I was male no matter how consciously I tried to hide it.
My intention behind this thread was "ok, let's put their intuition to the test" and not "I'm gonna start a thread all about me."

Very similar along the lines of this thread, where I'm still considering starting something similar to this for Psychics, remote viewers ect..

I could pose it as a question ....
How about this one .

Which of the following things have I NEVER been involved in .

A-Modeling lingerie
B-Playing guitar in a punk rock band
C-I was a girl scout
D-A witches coven
E-Baking cookies
F-Attending Easter Mass at St Louis Cathedral

Only one answer is correct .
I think it would need to be scaled down a bit to being a yes or no answer..
Simplicity is more engaging than a multiple choice selection..
It's a bit late now, and I might be wrong, but wouldn't it have been interesting to post an Empathy exersize, like this one, regarding your knee.
The results of that would have been very interesting..
Perhaps posing a question like,
UM Empathy test, Which of my Knees is sore or damaged..
Just think about me and try to feel wich of my knees is sore by the Empathy you feel.
That kind of thing would get a lot of interest, plus it would be a lot of fun.

:D

Which have I never been in....
I think it needs to follow in the UM theme of things of "Unexplained Mysteries"
And not be something that's more personal about the person posting the exersise.
Anything like this needs to be about the people taking part in the exersise, and not about the person posting the question.

yes, but there'd be a 50/50 chance of getting it right just by guessing, unless of course you are actually a quadruped.

Life is a hideous business, and from the background behind what we know of it peer daemoniacal hints of truth which make it sometimes a thousandfold more hideous.

Quite true..
Which arm or leg is broken might be a good thread too..
Empathy would be a great topic, I've actually wondered about doing a male empathy test.
A you-tube clip of some poor guy getting kicked in the nuts and a multiple question poll would cover that..
Poll = Watch the Clip and answer:
"how did this make you feel or react"
a. Physically sick.
b. Felt sick.
c. I squirmed and put my hands protectivly over my tackle.
d. I fliched.
e. Held my breath for almost 30 seconds afterwards.
f.  No reaction.

This kind of test though doesn't engage the UMer taking part, and there's no prise at the end of it.. :hmm:

Sorry Pallidin, just because you used your dangly bits for intuition and got it wrong doesn't mean i'm a woman..

Speaking of dangly bits though, how about your Avatar?
Dangly bits on dolphins? <_<  Are you sure you're male?

Dangly bit's flapping away as they swim away though the ocean...

Well, i tried it with a sample of my Vampire story. from what I can make out, that is categorised as 'Formal' (and isn't it a particularly Male characteristic to have to categorise everything  :st ), and, after some cogitation, its mighty mind decided

Genre: Formal
  Female = 714
  Male   = 488
  Difference = -226; 40.59%
  Verdict: Weak FEMALE
Weak emphasis could indicate European.

They updated the program so that Vampire story = Teenage female Twilight fan. :D

I go to this little cafe every other week and they have a magic 8 ball and I always ask it the same question and astoundingly the answer is always either affirmative or please ask again. I ask it other questions and I get varied answers. Now that I've mentioned it out loud it probably won't work any more but I must have asked it the same thing like thirty times. The question I ask is "does Jesus love me?" lol, I know right... This is a true story, but by no means where I get my faith....

I didn't say that to be religious I know ut may sound like it I promise it's not, it just reminds me of this thread somehow, I know a 'ball' is not predictive, or a physic, but somehow it relates, with the yes or no answers and all....
