My own story isn't so impressive but I'm not through yet When I started walking after having blood clots in both lungs 18 months ago, I could only walk about 100 yards and had to lean on a tree and rest for about 5 minutes before I could walk back. I walk 4 miles a day now. I still have to rest some but not nearly as much and i understand a little of what this guy feels. No stopping and NO going back! You should do it! I find that you feel the benefits of DDP Yoga, even after the first workout. I'm only 23 but I wake up feeling like crap.
