I have always thought Europa to be more likely to hold life form than Mars due to the ammount of liquid under the ice

Don't forget about Enceladus, one of Saturn's moons and one of the most geologically active bodies in the solar system.
One of the other four big Jovian moons, Callisto, may have liquid water oceans under its outer layers as well.
