"When they hit it with that electromagnetic pulse -- bingo! -- there goes all their electronics and, consequently, the UFO was uncontrollable," said French, who flew hundreds of combat missions in Korea and Southeast Asia, and who held several positions working for Military Intelligence.

"No chance! Zero chance!" said Army Col. John Alexander, whose own top-secret clearance gave him access in the 1980s to official documents and UFO accounts. He created a top-level group of government officials and scientists who determined that, while UFOs are real, they couldn't find evidence of an official cover-up.
"In the 1980s, I was the guy developing all of the pulse-power weapons systems. We couldn't have done it then. In the 60s, they had a laser system, but your range was extremely limited, and we didn't have operational laser weapons in that time frame," said Alexander, who is working to get amnesty for military personnel who wish to talk about their UFO experiences.

Hey McG, I have been avoiding Roswell like the plague to be honest.....dont have the capacity to dig into that one....I know I end up gettign obsessed and there is way too much info out theree for Roswell.....

I struggle to keep up with cases like Pascagoula and Portage county...they have limited info and still take me days and days to work through the detail....

whats your take on Roswell..if you have have one?

Andrew Kissner also said that a UFO was shot down over White Sands, but by missiles or gunfire, not by some kind of secret weapon.

The Roswell incident--or incident--is misnamed in any case, since the Blue Book records only show that there were a couple of events in New Mexico in 1947 that were removed from the regular files and classified Top Secret.  

I saw this document one time and never again.  Someone penciled in this remarks on a record with much lower classification that the information on the New Mexico had been removed and classified Top Secret.  That implies to me that they had at first been classified at a lower level but then someone changed it.  I recall that one of these incidents in 1947 was listed as "Socorro".

I don't believe any of the "official" stories about balloons, that's for sure.  I have never seen one of those "official" reports about UFOs that was true yet.  Those are just designed for the incurious masses, the John Q. Publics and the media bubbleheads who want to meet their deadlines by reporting whatever is in the press release.  None of it is true.

I have even shown on here more than once that no such balloon flights were ever launched that met the criteria of what they cover up boys would have us believe.  

Okay, the official and skeptical "explanation" is bilge water and bogus, but what's new?  They almost always are false and blatantly so, based on the assumption that most people are fools and will never dig into UFOs any further.

I don't know if the UFOs crashed or were shot down, or even if they ran into each other, but we have 500-600 witnesses at this point who have come forward and said they saw something out of this world.  More than one of these UFO crashes have happened over the years, and someone has always gone in and cleaned up the mess, sent the wreckage to Wright-Patterson or wherever.

There is a whole lot of disinformation being mixed into the pot here, all kinds of BS and obfuscation, but it is happening and being covered up.  As for those who assert that aliens are so advanced that they would never crash, all I can say is that accidents will happen.  It's a flawed and imperfect universe.

Some people also assume that they are flying all these little craft across thousands of light years of space, which I have never believed was true.  They may originally be from somewhere way "out there" but they are based nearby, maybe on or near this planet.

One thing, I would think that interstellar aircraft would have appropriate shielding against high levels of electromagnetic radiation, I mean...they travel through space and all. McG, your thougts?

as for the 'how can aliens crash' question.......well we cannot guess why they can or cant, so this in itself is real speculation IMO...and worthless at that.

On the other hand, the idea that there may have been two craft (if there were any at all) doesn't seem completely absurd & preposterous; it might account for some of the discrepancies about the debris and where it was supposedly found, and, despite what some may try to insist that a race with the technology capable of covering interstellar distances could never possibly, conceivably ever crash, it really doesn't seem impossibel to me that, in bad visbility and perhaps in an unfamilair environment, two craft may simply have got too close to one another and collided, or simply flown into the ground.
