I'm just curious to see what shampoo brand a majority lean towards.

I use Adagir, it's an argan oil shampoo... sometimes I use another brand called Onesta... which is what my long haired boyfriend prefers actually... but he'll use whatever I buy. haha.

Love Fructis. My hair is past my shoulders, I dye my greys and yet I don't have split ends

For my sex and age shoulders is as long as they get before falling out. I don't use soaps or shampoos or dies, just water. The salt and pepper look gives me an overall appearance of venerableness that I often find helpful. It offsets somewhat being short and chubby.

I use this kind of TREsemme that advertises that it's 'natural' and doesn't have added crap that's bad for your hair. Kind of doubt it a little, but it smells good :)

People say my hair is really soft and nice, so could be the shampoo I suppose.

But then again, I don't use hairsprays or use heat on my hair.... Just air dry and a quick comb through and we're good to go.

My hair reaches down to the top of my butt (but it's thin/straight so it's not heavy to keep long), I prefer Herbal Essences' Long Term Relationship shampoo & conditioners for my hair. My hubby on the other hand likes TREsemme.

I use, and very much like, TRESemmé Cleanse and Replenish.

YUp TRESemme for me, love the way it makes my hair feel soft and silky.

I have a work colleague who has recently purchased Horse Shampoo aka: shampoo specifically for horses, apparently it is excellent for human hair, I am awaiting the results of her "trial" .....

I can say i have long hair lately and i feel great with it.

This little PinoSilvestre covers everything, hair, body.. And its all shiny, i think that Head&Shoulders is not so efficient as this shower gel and that comes from my experience.

I use Tresemme Moisture Rich on my waist length hair. Being winter, I only wash my hair twice a week so it doesn't get too parched from using my hairdryer. Once a week i like to do a hair mask, whatever's on special at the time. I use a detangling spray to comb it out.

Does anyone else here use a showercap on non hair wash days? So daggy yet functional...

In all honesty: Whatever's on sale.

Same here at 62 I am happy to still have hair but it is getting a bit thin...

Well, I have 2 inches of hair and can't stand my hair texture. Knappiest hair on Earth. I'm gonna shave my head again for the 13th or 14th time. I was wondering do I still use shampoo or what? I want to start off with healthy hair. Has anyone tried Tresemme Deep Cleansing shampoo? Should I try that after I shave or what? I'm only gonna use clippers.

I have fine hair down to my butt, and my sister has fine hair down to her lower back. We have very hard water here. Organix all the way- the shampoo, conditioner, occasionally the deep treat masks, and the dry oils every time we wash our hair.

Also use another product, clove oil that's for black hair- it's the best thing ever for a tick repellent, just dab some into the hairline and scalp. Ticks stay away all day, and the hair and scalp get a super nice deep treatment.

I generally use a cheap clarifying shampoo, less than $2/bottle. Hair is about shoulder length, somewhat thick and coarse.

Shoulder length hair here and very thick. A while back I showered at a friends house and used a shampoo for thinning hair... Hah! I looked like I had a "straight hair afro"!

The best results I've had are a mild bar of soap and some beer that's gone flat. No, seriously!

Hair to mid back and I currently use Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Oil shampoo & conditioner (it's tingly and good for your scalp) I just bought Fructis sleek and shine anti frizz serum and so far I like it.

You also need to ensure you are using a good brush (boar bristle is awesome) and brush your hair thoroughly every day and never ever brush wet hair.
