Jen Isis Posted May 17, 2004 #1 Share Posted May 17, 2004 I live in an apartment in P.G., B.C., Canada. I have been experiencing some strange feelings and events. I found out that the previous owner unfortunately died and was not found in the house for three days. Anyways, I live in the basement, and I have had my keys and money disappearing on me. I am the only one who lives here, so I know where I left my keys, only they are gone, and I had to get another copy made. Also, the owner (an older lady) had a wonderful garden which I look after. I get distinct feelings that someone is watching me while I weed and water the plants. It doesn't seem threatening at least. I do get the sense that whoever is watching me approves of my dedication to the garden. Ok, the most recent event was when I was watching a Halloween special on ghosts and the tricks and antics they might play, such as taking your keys, tv going on and off, and BINGO!! My tv went off for the full segment of that show. My landlord has said his tv was fine, as was the power. It was only my tv that went off, weird. My cat doesn't seem to 'see' anything, but I thought animals could sense or see ghosts that we can't. So I don't know if it is really a ghost, or just a coincidence. I am hoping someone can shed some light on this. I would really appreciate it. J F :-) P.G. B.C Canada
klamath Posted May 18, 2004 #2 Share Posted May 18, 2004 Ouuuu - sounds interesting. My parents used to live in an apartment b4 us children and they had one there too. It used to fold my Mom's towels - LOL As long as you don't feel frightened I'd say try and make contact )
Gerry Posted May 20, 2004 #3 Share Posted May 20, 2004 Sounds interesting to me. If you get chills or a weired feeling from time to time entering the apartment or even after a period of time it's a good possibility. If you can hook a video cam and see what shows up on the tape. Guest Lottie Posted May 22, 2004 #4 Share Posted May 22, 2004 Could it be auto-suggestion that is playing a part in what you are feeling. Knowing that someone died and was not found for three days in your apartment would leave most people uncomfortble. You also mentioned you watched a Halloween programme that would add to the paranoia, I don't mean that in a horrible way. Lots of people experience that feeling of being watched it doesn't help with what you already know in your mind and the tv and keys etc are more than likely just flukes.
