Day 2

The routine will be similar for the next few days, so I'll post if I change anything. I'm basically doing this for motivation and to take my mind off my troubles.

Day 2

Kiba dachi - 4 minutes 30 seconds

10 Kg bicep curls - 16 reps/ left arm, 17 reps/ right arm

Diamond push ups - 35 reps (slightly fast, so I'm not sure if the form was right.)

Meditated a bit in the morning, focusing on breath again.

Tomorrow is another day, I've got to focus on the positive.
