I pray to the gods to give me the strength I need.
I pray to the gods that I will wake up with the new day's heed.
I pray to the gods for the will to keep going...
To make it through the tribulations the Fates place in my way...

Please, Bast, I need your comfort in this time of hardship.
Please, Kokopelli, play your music to bring happiness in this time that brings such pain.
Please, Mother Earth, I need your guidance and love, in this time of uncertainty and strife.
Please, Cougar, my soul, strengthen me so that I may face this all.

I pray to the gods to give me the strength I need.
I pray to the gods that I will wake up with the new day's heed.
I pray to the gods for the will to keep going...
To make it through the tribulations the Fates place in my way...

That was lovely! Is that an ancient pagan prayer or did you write it? I liked it! You should post in artists and writers if it is your work. thumbsup.gif

I thought that it was a beautiful piece of work SC.

Why do I have a line from "Spaceballs" floating in my head?

Hi cougar

Do they answer back?

From the lone shieling of the misty island
Mountains divide us, and the waste of seas;
Yet still the blood is strong, the heart is Highland,
And we, in dreams, behold the Hebrides.

Put to music that would be a nice song.  We need lots of Pagan songs to sing.
That is beautiful SC.
