Remember when Chupacabra's looked like this:



Then at some point they changed to looking something like this:




A few mangy dog/fox/raccoon photos come out and these people change their minds and say "Actually, that's what a Chupacabra looks like."

Are you sure that's a kangaroo? Kangaroo's have very rigid tails. The pretty much use it as a third foot, I can't imagine them being able to wrap it around themselves. Also they have large ears and wide snouts.

I couldn't be less sure about anything!

I googled kangeroo with mange and that came up

So far every so called dead Chupacabra people have found look to be either a dead mangy Coyote, Dog, or Fox.

Is it just me or does the animal in the second picture look totally different to the other two? Mind you it is the Daily Mail; hardly known for it's high-brow journalism... Must be a slow day, no reports on Polish teenage single-mum hoodies with drug problems stealing everyone's jobs or something

I agree 100% imaginarynumber1. Mangy fox and a mangy marten. The story itself is a bad joke.

Anyway the nasty, rusty rimmed trays, blue/greenish hospital colors and dirty cart does scream of some old/abandoned/ill-kept clinic/hospital in Eastern Europe/Russia though. But I looked deeper and I see that "east2west" submitted the pictures. They have submitted weird stories/pictures before. Some may remember the tree growing in the lung story:

As far as I can find there is no real east2west, and that is where the story takes a weird turn.

Now I have found many references to east2west. One from a media company (semi/pseudo-religious?) run out of the states. I also found that catholic.org picked the story up too:

I find this all very ****in weird. The story here is not the mange/chupa angle either...

I was reading somewhere that someone tested an animals dna, something the locals killed and believed was a chupacabra, but turned out it was a coyote and a grey wolf cross breed......so anything that resembles a dog, is probably either a mangey dog or a hybrid of some sort!

i remember one time in egypt .. or iraq locals killed an animal looked the same
people here and there believe it's also cross breed of wolf and other animal and thought to be really agressive
enough to attack people at villages but that looked bit bigger

There were reports o the mysterious "sal3awa" as it is called, attacking people in remote villages in Egypt. These reports seem to be seasonal
