Breaking the spell of the evil control system

Even though some think David Icke is a bit crazy I enjoy some of his work.

In some aspects his message makes sense.

Now some say the control system that keeps us down is Gov, or Religion,

or maybe even negative people around us.....

What do you all think??

I watched this video.. and I kind of feel it.

I mean for the first time in my life..

I am full of happiness, freedom, creativity,

and inner peace!

What is your view on this?? here is the video I find it interesting and inspiring

to say the least. The human mind and soul is an amazing thing!!!

I believe we all have unlimited potential to create..

and come up with many great ideas.. art.. music..

knowledge! Please post your thoughts on this :)

Even though I don't agree with everything he teaches.. i Believe he gets it.

David Icke makes perfect sense, and then he doesn't.

He is great entertainment though,

take lizard people out of the equation, and he would be brilliant.

He is the reason I don't have a credit card anymore, and question a lot more that goes on

in this day and age, regardless.

I don't think a control system keeps us down, we do it to ourselves. Some learn to think independently, begin to recognize and question precepts, concepts, explanations, in short, we learn to finally think for ourselves, others have trouble socializing in an acceptable way. Some don't make that journey, for a variety of reasons. Maybe it's good there's systems/frameworks in place for them. I believe at some point we all need to take responsibility for our lives and stop blaming external forces for our woes or behaviors.

The greatest evil in the world is countered by doing small acts of kindness to those you personally know and immediately around you.

Believing the world is evil and you are not in control of your environment does not allow that but instead breeds mistrust, exasperation, despair, and depression.

We are co-creators of the world.

Good and evil are not truly opposites or all opposing forces, that is dualism and dualism is an illusion.

Always loved your signature quote and have even considered starting a thread about it. My only question to you is does that entire inscription appear at the Temple of Delphi?

Yes I agree! this is something I practice everyday now..

Small acts of kindness.. that one day be bigger acts.

I agree we are co creators.

But I believe most people are on low vibes.. or dark energy...

because of just the negative things transmitted via the TV

radio etc... opinions of so called experts...

I do notice when I do go.. and am around people.

they fell my positive energy.

and some even come up to me to say hi or talk....

by thinking and doing good actions as you said..

it's the best way

Yes if he takes out the lizard.. which i think he only means demons...

even calling them demons would make more sense on our world...

instead of repoid aliens..

Yes if you ever read or watch the work of Jordan Maxwell..

and Michael Tsarian... they have the same message..

minus the Repliles etc..

I think Michael Tsarian is my favorite of the 3..

he's very smart... a wise wizard indeed!

In this video I agree with this guy.

A disconnect from external authority. There is no independent external authority. We create these authorities by obeying them.

Belief does put us in a box. This is a disconnect from reality. Reality is freedom from authority, and freedom from belief in some limiting paradigm.

Think of a world in which everyone is free from all authority, free to express their true selves without fear of negative repercussions. This can only happen when we are raised from birth into this kind of world.

This will not happen unless the adults that live now become these free individuals. I do not expect this kind of change to happen anytime soon. We are all slaves, chained to the authorities we have created and chained to our own beliefs.

Here and there we may find free individuals from whom can learn and begin to change ourself, but the majority will continue in their limited, repetitive behavior and continue to mess things up for everyone, including themselves.

I think things are slowly getting better though in this messed-up world we have created. There is hope. The sky is still blue, the pretty clouds still drift about above our heads, the grass is still green and the trees still stand tall independent of our insanities.

Maybe we should pay some attention to these things, as there is wisdom in them.

The day I find the time to read or listen to anything written or recorded by David Icke is the day I drive a railroad spike into my skull with a 10-lb. sledgehammer.

Wait. . . This gives me an idea. . . Maybe I'll hold a dollar-or-euro-a-chance lottery, with two winners--second place gets to hold the spike, first prize swings the sledge---brilliant! I could make virtually, well, ummm---errrr--lots o' money! Yeah!!! No, wait. . . I'd be dead. All that cash wouldn't go to me, but go back to my creditors, who--after all--are part of the "evil control system." I guess I better rethink that plan, eh???

And so the circle closes in upon itself once more, the serpent swallowing its tail. . .

I'll tell you want you can put the money in my account, I'll cut you a check and drop in your grave. Your creditors will not get a dime I promise.

To be honest Jugoso, I don't really know it could be an urban myth but whenever I have looked it up that is what it has been attributed to.

Also, some interesting lyrics by a band that I quite enjoy (ignore the name, it's brutal death metal lol)

Shepherd's Commandment by Dying Fetus

We have the obligation, to direct your train of thought

Showing what is prudent

Just fulfilling the mandate going along with trendy disputes

You prove our task

A worthy undertaking, funneling your fury

Greed and corruption, things that are below you

Open minded fairness

You think for yourself, pride and being reasonable

Masses echo truth

We declare the incompetent and describe their blunders

We pronounce the majestic shining light on the renown

We proclaim your heroes citing their humanity

We announce the villains and deduce why you loath them

Media slanted bias, can’t be real this day

It must be coincidence

Why are some misguided?

Consider our sophistication, how is pop-culture with us?

Going against the grain, just a murky twist of fate

Ordering you to challenge authority, the one of our choosing

Demanding you to worship authority, the one of our choosing

No time to debate, anyone who is beneath us

Not in our refinement, more like neanderthal

Intellectual obscurity, disease of the vagrants

Not for us enlightened, the brains in the room

Everyone thinks like me

We must be are own sheep

Silence all our critics

Dissent can’t have a place

Exile them underground

We’re not taking sides, just promoting the logical

Why should are careers change what we believe

The goal of being objective endangers what we have faith in

We’re the source of truth reporting what you need to know

The duty to guide the quest of knowledge

Framing facts to ascertain the proper conclusion

Helping the ignorant peasants of the populace

Steering simple minds to understand what to ponder

Blameless, on the right side

Influence, justified

Amazing how many people worried about being controlled do not turn off their TV sets.

I personally don't waste time with TV.

Mainstream news and reality TV trash.

I just enjoy some classic shows on netflix and a movie here and there.

I prefer music as i read or write, and make art.

But main thing is reading and watching things where I learn new things,

and gain wisdom.

A wizard does not have time for such nonsense...

and he is never late.. he arrives precisely when he means to.

Thanks for the answer. I really do like it and googled it some time ago but the only links that came up were posts you made on UM. I got this from wiki:

Carved into the temple were three phrases: γνῶθι σεαυτόν (gnōthi seautón = "know thyself") and μηδέν άγαν (mēdén ágan = "nothing in excess"), and Ἑγγύα πάρα δ'ἄτη (eggýa pára d'atē = "make a pledge and mischief is nigh"),[10] In ancient times, the origin of these phrases was attributed to one or more of the Seven Sages of Greece.[11]

In any event, i like yours.
