The narrator really goofed up with his notion that humans somehow descended from great apes.

Without commenting on the rest of the video, the "great ape that we came from" comment was enough to remove any credibility the rest of it may have had.

Not even to get into the Great Ape part, but simply on suggesting that we descended from a creature that still lives.

God I really feel like that's a mask...I don't see the "face contortion" he claims to see....its so blank and in some shots i feel like I can see a weird disconnection right under the shoulders.

4:08 to 4:11 of video is the best part... the rest is NOT genuine in my opinion. This guy must have fun seeing images in clouds because I have no idea how he sees things in some of these still shots. And... if I saw that in the woods, my first reaction would not be a calm "What is that" (as if expecting to find it!!!)... if it were "real" then he would have said "Ahhhhh, what the f#ck IS that" not "was". His words used show total lack of concern for his physical safety while walking in the woods on a very dark night. His choice of "was" shows that he is directing the video... not capturing raw footage. A wild and potentially rabid raccoon is enough to cause someone alarm (which is lacking) let alone the emotion that would have been truely displayed had he encountered a man-beast or ape in the woods at night. He talks about the "upper lip"... yet the person recording this fails to keep a stiff upper lip with this mockery that was an obvious arraigned encounter.
