IF you are tattooed with sleeves and are considering purchasing an Apple Watch, you may want to tread carefully.

A growing number of users have taken to social media claiming the new device is faulty when worn on heavily tattooed skin.

So tattoos can protect us from apple's radiation?

Seems like a good enough reason to finish tattooing my entire body.

Are wrist tattoos so common that this is an issue? I have difficulty reconciling my image of such tattoo wearer's with people who would use iWatches.

The tattoo has been embraced by 'hipsters' and they are the ones now a days who would be most likely to have an iWatch .

What a pile of junk the iWatch is..

I'll stick to a well crafted, traditional timepiece thank you very much.

It's the potassium iodide that some tattoo artists use (a type of blue ink). These watches work on a wireless connection that involves radio-waves and micro-waves, potassium iodide is a prime substance to treat radiation poisoning. So, put the two together and the tattoo ink cancels out the microwaves.
