As usual, wrong. In the Netherlands Marihuana is not really legal but laws not enforced as long as it remains in civil amounts as enforcement is seen to be contra productive. And that is not only the Netherlands it is also Spain and Portugal (there also hard drugs) as long as you are not selling the stuff.
Really? I did not know that. I do know that last time I was in Amsterdam I went to a bar and imbibed. Then when I went to the airport I was asked if I had anything that was legal in The Netherlands but not legal elsewhere in Europe. Guess they didn't know either, which I do find surprising.
As far as you first statement, while we are all entitled to our own opinions no one is entitled to their own reality. So I will ask to prove I'm usually wrong, or just take that as your misguided opinion instead of a fact. You know what they say about opinions.
" Mighty little force is needed to control a man whose mind has been hoodwinked; contrariwise, no amount of force can control a free man, a man whose mind is free. No, not the rack, not fission bombs, not anything —you can't conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him" - Robert Heinlein
