The process of nocking, drawing, aiming and releasing at a target, is an elegant expression of Tao and my own spiritual process reflects and mimics it. I've done some disk shooting but this is just something else.. I love how he explains the historical way of shooting too, I'll have to try going quiverless, it seems like it would be such an added burden but in war it makes much more sense I suppose. 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
