Still Waters Posted September 15, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 15, 2014 Homeowner Bill Michaud says, "It started with random beeping. One time it went off like the food was done, and when I looked over, the damn thing was still going and said 6:66." Unfortunately for Michaud and his family, this spooky occurrence was just the beginning of a long, kitchen-appliance nightmare. http://empirenews.ne...on-of-microwave

Frank Merton Posted September 16, 2014 #14 Share Posted September 16, 2014 People aren't buying its application package (Word, Excel, etc.) since there are better free versions available, and its latest operating system didn't go over at all (I'm waiting until Windows 9 has been around about six months before doing anything about going beyond Windows 7, and I think most people are). Therefore they gotta save money.

On the other, paranormal possession might explain Windows 8.

Xanthurion2 Posted September 16, 2014 #19 Share Posted September 16, 2014 really...? why does it always come back to 666? Because people all around the world are taught at an early age that 666 is Satan's number. It gets embedded in our subconscious and becomes a thing many people fear. Either that or the microwave is not possessed by a ghost, it is possessed by a demon.

Mikenator Posted September 16, 2014 #21 Share Posted September 16, 2014 ghost stories that sound this ridiculous only prove that ghosts don't exist and that people make up stories just to get attention for whatever reason
paperdyer Posted September 16, 2014 #22 Share Posted September 16, 2014 To save a dollar? OK, but microwaves are so cheap now that I can't believe the couple already didn't have one. On the other hand, if it is possessed, the previous owners of the house left it there on purpose. Maybe the microwave should be donated to their church to see what happens then.
Frank Merton Posted September 16, 2014 #23 Share Posted September 16, 2014 ghost stories that sound this ridiculous only prove that ghosts don't exist and that people make up stories just to get attention for whatever reason It doesn't follow. That the story is ridiculous only proves the story is ridiculous, not that ghosts don't exist.
