COMMENTARY: A couple of people asked me, in reference to the investigation of the materialization seances, “What qualifications do you have to handle this most sensitive, world shattering event”? I do understand that what is happening here is world shattering and I can assure you that all of us involved are approaching the investigation empirically. My specific qualifications are that as a lawyer I am a specialist in the admissibility of evidence. I also have a major in Psychology which emphasizes scientific method. I have been investigating the paranormal empirically since 1990 and have investigated a large number of mediums and attended many paranormal meetings in a number of countries. And this is the very first time where the evidence that paranormal activity is taking place is absolutely blatantly and devastatingly convincing. The materializing of etherians (spirits who now live in a different dimension) is the most powerful way to convince people that the afterlife exists. We the sitters conversed and exchanged intelligent conversation with these materialized etherians. This is the very first time in sixteen years of fairly intensive investigating the afterlife and the paranormal that I have come out in the open about my findings of these fabulous materialization experiments.

mmmmmnnnnnn...... the mp3 files are good and all the evidince sounds good but......... why did the medium insist on being tied up and in another room? and why couldnt they use infra red cameras to film? it all sounds a little too suspect to me. Sounds like some kind of magic trick, and why did all the voices sound exactly the same? all too "put on" for my taste. Even if they couldnt film the seance room why couldnt they film the medium in the other room? well as anything unexplained goes its usually a blurry video or phototgraph or in this case, no footage at all and a conman in the other room! all very david copperfield esque!

So, essentially, Victor Zammit danced around the fact that he does not have any qualifications relevant to scientific research and experimentation? That the only experience he has with evidence is of the kind one presents in a courtroom, not a laboratory?
