Conservative commentator Ann Coulter and the ACLU are teaming up to take on these new intrusive body scan machines at airports.

Obviously, they have very different angles on the story. Coulter has a few reasons, but most interestingly is her worry it won’t stop “foreskin” and “anus” bombing.

To be fair, the anus has been fair game for smuggling something through customs for some time now. But bombs in foreskins? Is nothing sacred anymore?

But now you bring up the ideologies of terrorists, in a Sept. 2007 video of Osama bin Laden, his criticisms of America were pretty much about the inequalities in the USA, the mortgage crisis and global warming, he even mentioned Noam Cholmsky. As Fareed Zakaria said in the Post-American World, "[Osama's speech] could have been penned by a left-wing academic at Berkeley."

Zakaria's point wasn't that he thought bin Laden was left-wing, rather that, when demonizing the west, people often revert to using trains of thought which originate from the west.

Anyway, getting off topic. You mentioned terrorist ideologies and that just popped into my brain. Had to get rid of it.
