  • it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security

With the increasing number of these incidents across the country are we seeing the growing frustration towards our Gvmnt being unleashed or is this a simple deranged crime spree. Most "criminals" dont commit suicide is my evidence, it is something more and they take there opinions to the grave rather then court of opinion.

Deranged crime spree. And even if he was somehow frustrated with the government it was still a deranged crime spree.

War is an ugly thing, but not the ugliest of things: the decayed and degraded state of moral and patriotic feeling which thinks that nothing is worth a war, is much worse...A man who has nothing which he is willing to fight for, nothing which he cares more about than he does about his personal safety, is a miserable creature who has no chance of being free, unless made and kept so by the exertions of better men than himself.

When you're frustrated, you punch a wall, not commit mass murder.

There could be many overlapping causes - poor mental health care and the prescription of antidepressants with no follow up, ease of availability of guns, violent culture, economic woes. Media oversaturation of these events might even be inspiring certain individuals to plan and commit shooting sprees of their own.

I don't think you can point the finger at any one thing in society. Everything has to be examined equally.

I am not a man, merely a parody of one.
