Lets say there are 1,000 videos on youtube of alleged police brutality in the US, over a span of lets say 5 years.( each video representing 1 officer )Each video lasting about 5 minutes.

There are approx. 120,000 full time law enforcement personnel working for the federal government adding up to a total number of 800,000 law enforcement personnel in the U.S.
5 years = 1,825 days
1,825 x 24 = 43,800 hours
1000 videos, 5 minutes each = 83 hours
