The size limit is 250k per picture, so as long as it's within the size limit you can just change your avatar pic and the new one will overwrite the old. Have you checked the size as well? Leave the pixels in the box below at 200.... Then click resize... Once it is finished it give's You the option of 3 different crop's, Top or Left crop, Centre crop or Bottom or Right Crop... Just copy the link that appear's under the one You want and paste it into a new Tab or a new window in Your browser, once avatar is displayed right click and save... Hope this help's.... I did ask for help in the comPEWtor section. The help provided therein was something web-based and I don't know enough about Photoshop to try fiddling with it here at work.
