Cosmological thread? Dude you had nothing to stand on in that thread nor this one.
I did not take anything out of context pal, I enjoy debating with stubborn people, shock and awe works better on them
You said assuming Jesus existed, indirectly saying the OP assumed he existed and that his existence is questionable.....how did I take U out of context? I put you straight, showing your whole argument is based on the notion of missing empirical proof, when you figured that's all you have, abscense of proof! That negates nothing does it?
And there nothing shocking or awesome about your petty games that you play. Even in your profile I noticed a user or making reference to the notion that you tend to take things out of context, so I am not on my own in this claim.
As for whether or not this case would pass in a court of law, it would not - physical evidence would still be required, as it is required in all cases. 25 people can say that they saw the same man committing a murder, but unless they have physical evidence to reinforce this, nothing can be done. Decisions in court are not based solely on oral report. They add substance, of course; but without physical evidence, no decision will be made. It will be left in question, just like Jesus' existence.
We don't live in the 1700s anymore...
