Took a trip out to Devil's Tower and Screaming Johnny's the other night and got some pics. Nothing special, the bottom one is Screaming Johnny's

I know this is necro and all, but I couldn't resist the irony. Im actually dating a girl now that lives about five hundred yards from Screaming Johnny's. Too bad her parents hate me or I would camp out in her back yard with a camera!

I Lived in Hannibal for 3 years recently and would go out that way to collect my self. Just to drive my car for some me time. I stumbled into that church one night and heard the screams. It was around April 2007. I will tell you that I grew up in the woods of Missouri. The screams I heard was not a cougar or fox but human. It left a pit in the stomach. I approached to see if some one need help and they stopped. No one was around but me I went back to my car and called a good friend. Who has lived in the area there whole life and asked, Them if they ever heard of such a place? She told me, Yes Screaming Johnny's and then the story of the kkk and the black church.

Hey, i've lived in hannibal my whole life and have always heard of this place and the screaming, but have never been there. me and a friend literally drove around for 3 hours looking for this place and couldnt find it. could you please give me directions?
