                                                Here's a fascinating mystery from Lismore, Australia.

It concerns a mysterious Glowing Cross, that was witnessed by many people in the cemetery north of town. The cross was the gravestone of a railway worker who had died in a shunting accident in 1907.

The phenomenon caused quite a stir back in 1978, and sightings of the glowing cross were reported to have been made for up to 60 years before then.

Strangely, in 1986, following renewed media interest in the mystery, the cross itself went missing and was never seen again.
