Well... at least boys and girls are being treated equally at that age over there... I really don't know what else to say that our military's "closest allies" are basically raping children in their spare time, the military knows about it, and we're not trying to actively stop it beyond sending strongly worded letters to their superiors. The earliest date given in the article about this dates back to 2010, so there is no way in hell it isn't common knowledge within the military.
