I will be very surprised if, after they kill Assad, the rebels do not start fighting each other. If they cannot unify to overcome a common enemy then how will they unify once that enemy is gone?

i have the same concerns, but it seem to me they genuinely want to remove the regime, the reason they are scattered is they can't communicate with each other,
