rashore Posted June 18, 2013 #7 Share Posted June 18, 2013 Wow, just wow. I guess I can understand the judge not striking testimony, it is what it is. But I can't imagine it actually being considered seriously.
freetoroam Posted June 18, 2013 #8 Share Posted June 18, 2013 i spelt court wrong... I do not think that really matters when compared to what Brenda had to say. From the link: "Brenda called me to tell me that she was in communications with Michael, either through a medium or directly," Phillips said. It does not say what is meant by directly, but i would assume it mean though email, we need to find that email!!!

freetoroam Posted June 18, 2013 #13 Share Posted June 18, 2013 Can you say "overturned on appeal". Not sure, but doubt Michael Jackson will be appealing, but you never know in this case.
JesseCuster Posted June 18, 2013 #14 Share Posted June 18, 2013 No doubt there will be provided the kind of detailed eyewitness account that can be corroborated with the coroner's report and the forensic evidence. Who better to ask about the circumstances of his death than MJ himself? Or maybe not.

Lava_Lady Posted June 19, 2013 #17 Share Posted June 19, 2013 Strange... but is there any evidence that the spirit of Michael Jackson is earth-bound? There is no evidence of his (or anyone's) spirit existing at all so, no, there is no evidence that it is earth-bound. The irony in this situation is that someone is claiming, in a court of law, that the victim wants the defendant released and cleared of all charges..... if this is allowed, what murderer would not use this claim in their own defense? It's ridiculous. It's not an attack on your personal beliefs or anyone elses belief of spirits. It could have happened for all I know... it's just not provable.

Lava_Lady Posted June 20, 2013 #22 Share Posted June 20, 2013 i spelt court wrong... http://www.nydailyne...ticle-1.1373550 Ever see the Family Guy episode called The Ghost that Never Lies? Couldn't get a clip without Fox taking me to court but: (Peter in court) Peter: Your honor, I call to the stand my surprise witness, The Ghost That Never Lies. Court Room: Oooooh! Peter: But only I can see him and hear him, so I'll tell you what he says. Ghost That Never Lies, did you witness the events that took place on that fateful day? You did. Well, how interesting. And do you see the culprit in this court room today? You do. Well, would you kindly point him or her out for this court? Don't point at me, you jackass!
