" Moscow plans to deliver already contracted ground-to-air missile systems
to Syria,  Russian officials said Friday...

'Russia is not planning to sell. Russia already sold them a long time ago.
It has signed the contracts and is completing deliveries, in line with
the  agreed contracts, of equipment that is anti-aircraft technology,'
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov told reporters in Warsaw."

LOL - now we know why Putin made Kerry [Kohn] wait for three hours... then played with his pen
while Kerry gave a boring speech.  :)

" Russian President Vladimir Putin kept Kerry waiting three hours before their meeting at the Kremlin
on Tuesday and continuously fiddled with his pen as the top American  diplomat spoke about the
ongoing crisis in Syria. "

They want me to subscribe before they will let me in.

Really doesn't surprise me.  They sell weapons just like we do and other countries.

"Freedom, elections, democracy, peace"... those trite worn-out protest slogans
can't hold a candle to the best protest slogan ever... given by the opposition
after the last election... "Putin is a thief"... all time best slogan ever...
why ?? ... because it can mean different things to different people.

The little man seems to think he can do as he pleases because we have a complicit leader in the WH.  He might get a surprise from the not so little intellect running Israel.  Since these deliveries are just business then he'll understand if Israel takes care of business of their own   :w00t:

Israeli roots go deep into Russia/USSR.

Israelis are not worried about Putin... because they think he's on their side...
and he might be... but if I were them, I would hedge that bet.

Maybe - but if those weapons are as good as I've heard, they will cause Israel to strike hard before they can become operational.
