Agreed.  The only danger there is that an accident or jumpy field commander.  Stationing units so closely together can be  problem in such a case.  I read on STRATFOR today that a local US commander reported that the Iranian Navy elements were acting very professionally and courteously in their dealings with US Navy and other maritime concerns.  So apparently the Iranians are aware of the risks as well.
