Hi Travelling Man,

How the hell did Southern Jurisdiction get a prime spot in the Capitol (American spelling), a very expensive neo-classical building on a prime spot in capital Washington DC, the poor old Northern Jurisdiction is out in Lexicon, Massachusetts.....who won the war about slavery.....Northern Jurisdiction has a nice smell about them!!!!!

If masons want to go further after 3 degrees, i would say JOIN NORTHERN JURISDICTION!

How the hell can Southern Jurisdiction say they are "Mother Council of the World", this is Confederate, and slavery, link below:-

http://en.wikipedia....e_of_the_Temple

Not all that glitters is gold, nice expensive neo-classical building in prime spot!

Spare a thought for poor old Northern Jurisdiction, stuck out in Lexington Massachusetts, who were against slavery, perhaps if masons want to go further after 3 degrees, they will see the light!

http://en.wikipedia....i/Scottish_Rite

There is no doubt i'm a cantankerous old ***  that am half dead and will not show clarity always, that why i will not hide behind an Avatar, is that dangerous, perhaps, i do write about Muslim philosophy as well!

Please note people do check me out, note i never show postmark to others, link below:-

You know Seeker79, from all the poop contained in this thread, why would you even consider becoming a Freemason?

There are newer and better organizations to be a part of.

Well, Seeker79 made his decision not to on page 5 :w00t: , something about his dream and your comment about the "poop" in the organisation made me lol.

No offence to any Masons, I actually respect the publically advertised principles of the organisation, not so sure about what goes on in private though.  Still I thought Seeker79 would have made it as a "good" Mason, as some of our members in this thread clearly are also.

I want to give special thanks to the mason that answered.

I have decided not to join.

.........

Last night I had a dream. I was shaking hands with a thin angular looking man. He was using some sort of secret handshake. Something with his thumb and a bottom finger. I did not like the way it felt. He look at me and was almost angry that I did not respond properly. Then he would not let go of my hand but I woke up.

I woke up perfectly clear on the issue. I am so not a secret society guy. I tend to hate rules, and don't care much for ritual or secrets. Its not for me and I'd probably drop out anyway, and I could probably teach them a thing or two about mysticism.
............

Thanks everyone.

Quote shortened from Seeker's original full post available on page 5.

"I warn you, whoever you are, oh you who wish to probe the arcanes of nature, if you do not find within yourself that which you seek, neither shall you find it outside.
If you ignore the excellencies of your own house, how do you intend to find other excellencies?
In you is hidden the treasure of treasures, Oh man, know thyself and you shall know the Universe and the Gods."

There is evidence that Albert Pike was greatly involved in the Knights of the Golden Circle, i have no sympathy with Confederate cause or civil war as it was about African Slaves, however i will note that usaully it was English Ships that sold African Slaves to the Deep South!

Whatever his reasons, Lincoln was against that, thus i value him as a great man, regarding the horror of the American Civil War!

During the Civil War, the Knights of the Golden Circle were reorganized regarding confederate beliefs on 4th July 1854, Yes masons align to Sirius/Isis, and yes masons align to centre star of the Belt of Orion, being Alnilam/Osiris......but they are not the only ones, it comes up in all major religions! Please scroll down link below to the reorganization on 4th July 1854 in Lexington, Kentucky:-

http://knightsoftheg...ircle.webs.com/

A usaul method of alignment is to choose one of the day dividers, ancient Greek day marker is sunset previous to date, ancient Egyptian day marker is actual day aligned to sunrise, after establishment of Gregorian Calendar, a modern approach is to use midnight.

Egyptian day marker was used on 4th July 1854 in Lexington, Kentucky, the Osiris star rose with the Sun, astronomy graph on link below, very Hermetic!

I'd just like to comment on the old slavery issues of the south and the Scottish Rite. My great grandparents founded a Lodge in Ohio and I am proud to say they also participated in the creation of the underground railroad to bring many slaves to freedom. The historical tunnels and secret rooms that they are still uncovering in town are facinating.  I know some of the Lodges in the deep south were not as liberal and there were many tensions between the Lodges and some even formed other fraternities which were very bad for the reputation of other Freemasons who believed in liberty for all even if they weren't of a certain bloodline.

Hi White Unicorn,

Yes i agree there were many good masons in the American Civil War that risked their lives to help slaves, it was a horrid war, and put brother against brother, John Wilkes Booth's brother Edwin Booth was also a mason but hated slavery, if you turn the page to 2 and 3 of link below, New York Times posted how suicidal he was regarding his brothers actions:-

http://www.nytimes.c...ng-streets.html

I did a lot of research on this some time back, my work is shown on link below:-

http://www.mauricefe...&t=2094&start=0

Two pages.

Strangely the wife of Tony Blair, a recent Prime Minister of UK is related to John Wilkes Booth, Cherie Blair's maiden name was Booth.

Hi White Unicorn,

I like Ohio good masons they seem very honest, firstly so what if masons put symbols in the street plan of Washington DC, no one admits it, it didn't hurt anyone!

No such trouble when honest, as in Sandusky, Ohio, you don't get conspiracy theories about Kilbourne Plat, as it is all open and not a secret, link below:-

This thread isn't finished, we have so much more to debate, indeed i'm very ill now but hope to be here for a few more years, history is complicated regarding greed with any religion, i have tried to make a path with debate with White Unicorn, ok i like three Degree masons, but am not clear with over, it is a minefield, however at least i have contact with White Unicorn, don't think for one moment i will be attacking three degrees without looking at wider implications to usaul religion, nothing that masons do within three degrees is different to wider religion!

Like any other religion, we make choices after a certain point, it is all esoteric after a certain point!

Do you really think that Otto Von Bismarck was a psychic, please note quote comes long before W.W.1., he was a good politician, he saw the signs, we can't govern our selves better than democracy, it is the only way, but obviously it is slow and has many problems, many 3 degree masons have died in this approach, knowing full well that it can be corrupted, hell show a better method, i'm only protecting masons before/but not after 3 degrees.

Hi White Unicorn,

I find it so funny that people connect Illuminati with three degree masons, hell they fight each other as much as any philosophy or belief, we saw it in American Civil War, and we saw it during the Revolution, when American masons fought English ones, it can be like cat and dog like Protestant/Catholic wars, however some fringe groups can do a lot of damage, not connected to regular masons, thus i think Black Hand Society was a fringe group, every three degree organization knew not to mess in Serbian politics, it wasn't only Bismarck that saw this could cause another war in Europe.

I think Colonel Dragutin Dimitrijevic was a very evil man, there are signs that he knew hermetic philosophy, he had a code name of APIS or THE BEE, obviously main and fringe masonic philosophy has symbolism regarding BEEHIVES and THE BEE!    Also the name APIS has a strong connection to Osiris hermetic philosophy, links below:-

http://net.lib.byu.e...d/dragutin.html

You will note that he was convicted and shot on above link on 24th JUNE 1917, that looks like masons convicted him and had him shot, and good job, obviously 24th June is ST. John's Day, so important to good masons, link below:-

http://www.masonicwo.../stjohndays.htm

Apis interpretation below:-

http://www.britannic...opic/29660/Apis

I'll continue soon!

Hi White Unicorn,

I would never place Dragutin Dimitrijevic within regular 3 degree freemasonry, i'm almost sure he was a mad fringe group, but any mason finds it easy to join fringe unsavoury organizations after gaining 3 degrees....i think the main body must regulate better, obviously i would never join Anders Behring Breivik to main body, or the regular lodge in Norway he gained 3 degrees from, i have no idea if Pauperes Commilitones Christi Templique Solomonici exists but it is what he talks about, link below:-

http://publicintelli...of-independence

You need a public notice board on unsavoury fringe groups or good masons may not exist by the end of century, i think that would be a shame, apart from gold dust information about other religious ideas, lets be clear the ancient Library of Alexandria no longer exists..... we will never be able to look in Vatican archive!!!!

I'll get more in depth about World War One next, firstly we won't be looking at star alignments yet, but anniversaries that look intentional, this could come from many different religious ideas that was put into operation, i hate war being controlled in the manner i will show on next thread section, whatever fringe groups were involved!

Maybe someone whispered in his shell-like that an open forum is not the place to be making enquiries about membership of a Fraternal 'secret society'.
