A year ago I would have said definitely, hang the bar steward but the more I think about it and the more I things I see the prosecution submitting as evidence I really start to wonder. They should have made Bashir give evidence, although submitting as evidence a "documentary" that was always going to be one sided is strange to me anyway.

South Park actually made a good point, he could actlually be innocent but needs to realise that has his own children now and needs to grow up.
