zrina11 Posted July 4, 2005 #1 Share Posted July 4, 2005 I just watched The Mothman Prophecies again and i was just wandering if there is anyone out there who has some good stories about him (or it) or has actually seen him. At the end of the movie it said that he was never seen in Pleasent Point again after the bridge collepsed but he has been seen all over the world since. Falco Rex Posted July 4, 2005 #3 Share Posted July 4, 2005 There were the Owlman sigthings in England which seemed very similar to the Point Pleasant stories, but unless I'm wrong those actually happened before the West Virginia Mothman flap.. As far as I know, "The Mothman" has been pretty much gone since the late 60's.. Just a note..don't take the Mothman Prophecies movie too seriously..They completely slaughtered John Keels' book until it didn't even remotely resemble the stories and events it was based on..
