Bush was marred by a fiery protest that resulted in five arrests, Canadian media reported.Bush received about $100,000 to speak Thursday to about 1,000 people who each paid $400 for the steak luncheon at the same hotel where late Beatle John Lennon and Yoko Ono staged their 1969 "bed-in" for peace, CTV News reported. I will admit I did want to go and see him when he was here but ya $ 400.00 was a little much but I was tempted, I know I'm wierd I can't stand the man but I wanted to go. He will forever be a chapter in history, good or bad history didn't matter. Bush Comes to Calgary every couple of years (Haliburtons only none American office)) I imagine, plust he likes to fish, so I might catch his side show next time he pops in.
