It's not an arrow it's a little person - it's grey if the member is offline and lit up if the member is showing as online. Saru, right now you have that exact arrow next to your name....On the left. Others do not. If it is not there a little person is there.....A green person. I think the arrows are showing up instead of a grey person. They are all over...No grey ppl, just arrows. I have a box with a white arrow in it, much larger then the little guy. The arrow is pointing to the upper right hand corner of the yellow box. I am sure others have it also. ( see it ).....I am guessing it is supposed to be a little grey dude, but it is not.....My java is up to date. You have the arrow... I have the blonde dude.
