Still Waters Posted September 27, 2014 #1 Share Posted September 27, 2014 A family of three owls were adorably intrigued by a GoPro camera left outside their tree hole home. One by one, the birds pop their heads out of the nest and investigate the screen. While the first isn't brave enough to touch the lens, the second baby owl ventures closer. http://www.dailymail...tside-home.html

Eldorado Posted September 27, 2014 #3 Share Posted September 27, 2014 **Cuteness Alert** I have a soft spot for owls. Me too. You need eyes in the back of your head for them, mind you.
Lilly Posted September 27, 2014 #4 Share Posted September 27, 2014 Me too. You need eyes in the back of your head for them, mind you. Or, you need to be able to rotate your head like they do.

Insaniac Posted September 28, 2014 #6 Share Posted September 28, 2014 They appear to be wise, and intelligent. Taking their time to observe and examine the camera, instead of bull-rushing into it. I remember a time when our local PetsAtHome had an own trainer w/ a snow-white owl perched on a wooden stand. I was amazed at how they are able to swivel their heads around 270-360 degrees. Great thread, SW.
