I'm not sure I'd call it manslaughter , an accident I like to think. it is scary that on a dry road , 100 % visability with no other traffic on a flat highway , no buildings or trees to get in the view , that she run into the only other vehicle at a crossroad by running a stop sign. how could she not see the only other vehicle for miles around ? how did she run a stop sign at the exact time the other car was coming through ? she had passangers in the car , distracted ? maybe but still .................. no that isn't neil bush but that is jeb. It's also an urban myth that the other occupant was a boy friend. Barbara Pierce Bush was not convicted on numerous alcohol charges.....half of that stuff posted is bogus. Jeb Bush's daughter, Noelle Bush, after her arrest early Tuesday. The daughter of Florida Gov. Jeb Bush was arrested Tuesday in Tallahassee on charges of trying to fill a fake prescription for the popular tranquilizer Xanax. Bush and his wife, Columba, issued a statement that they were "deeply saddened" by the incident involving their middle child and only daughter, Noelle, 24. They asked the media and the public to respect their privacy "during this difficult time so that we can help our daughter." A Walgreens pharmacist suspicious about a call-in prescription notified police at 1:15 a.m. when Noelle Bush showed up at the drugstore's drive-through in her white Volkswagen to pick it up. She was charged with prescription fraud, a felony that carries a maximum penalty of five years in jail and a $5,000 fine. Noelle Bush has no known criminal record and was released without having to post bond. Experts say punishment for a first offense is usually drug treatment or probation. It was the second alcohol-related citation against Jenna Bush in less than five weeks. Police accused Jenna Bush of attempting to buy alcohol with false identification and Barbara Bush of being a minor in possession of alcohol. Both charges are misdemeanors punishable by a fine of up to $500, attendance at an alcohol awareness course, community service and a 30-day suspension of a driver's license.
