What, and inputting data with a keyboard or answering phones (or more often not answering) in a Call centre is so intellectually challenging that our collective IQs have all evolved to be able to cope with it, have they? Yet another example of the ivory tower mentality of Science and Academia that shows just how dissociated it is from the real world.

My grandparents could do complex maths in their heads. They didnt have calculators back then. Try getting a high school graduate to do that these days and it'll be a struggle finding one.

So I am a Grandparent, now tell me how my IQ is less than yours,can todays kids do complicated maths without calculators ? ask any "educated" kid what an adjective is,and the answer is usually "****".and dont forget us poor dumb grandparents have a lot of experience of Life we were brought up without t.v.'...x-boxes...calculators..etc I bet half of them think a logarithm, is for chopping down a tree.This sort of nonsence really ****** me off.
