Space Commander Travis Posted October 18, 2013 #3 Share Posted October 18, 2013 What, and inputting data with a keyboard or answering phones (or more often not answering) in a Call centre is so intellectually challenging that our collective IQs have all evolved to be able to cope with it, have they? Yet another example of the ivory tower mentality of Science and Academia that shows just how dissociated it is from the real world.
SilentHunter Posted October 18, 2013 #4 Share Posted October 18, 2013 I thought it was because they dumbed down the tests... lmao. My grandparents could do complex maths in their heads. They didnt have calculators back then. Try getting a high school graduate to do that these days and it'll be a struggle finding one.
