Never pull amusing faces whilst carrying heavy objects.  Yes, it sure is fun and can make the afternoon more entertaining...but the more you giggle, the more you lose your grip.  Me and my mate took up this challenge whilst shifting IT equipment - 19 inch monitors, photocopiers and the like etc.  In the end we both agreed that a jovial looking wide open mouth with tongue sticking out (and downwards) really does drain your strength as you do the tummy laugh...and gets bemused looks from the public who assume that a removal service employs out of work clowns.

Going to see Deepwater Horizon tonight. Not because it's a film I'm particularly interested in, but because my mom has no one else to go with. The things we do for family, eh?
