I've just discovered this band named "Of Monster and men". That song "little talks" is kinda catchy.

i am treating my 1st shift staff at work to an appreciation luncheon this Sunday. I am cooking a hearty and filling lunch for both the guys under my care and my staff. 2nd shift gets treated when i return from vacation. They do an amazing job and give it their all everyday to ensure the people they care for are happy and safe. It does not go unnoticed.
