I'm watching Jaws (the original movie).

Lorraine Gary isn't an actor that normally springs to mind, but she does such a good job in this film.

      Perfect casting! :nw:

Oh, great.... Cell Phones with a 'Depth Effect' camera.

"Look at me!  I'm taking a selfie in front of an out-of-focus Buckingham Palace!  But I'm all that matters."

"The Human Race has run so far.
We mine the oceans and touch the stars.
But... it don't matter where we are,
We will always need The Land.

      Under white Sahara skies,
      Where the wheeling vulture flies,
The futile farmer lives or dies,
      Depending on The Land.

      He's living off The Land."

Well, I always thought that those weird trumpet noises that have been heard around the world were in fact a hoax.  But over the last few days in Notts I and 100s of other folk have heard the same noises coming from the skies.

To experience those noises leaves you feeling like your taking part in a science fiction movie.

      Very weird.
