If you vote other on any of the questions you are obligated to post the answer to the question. This is a sociological study I want to do of U.M., right now I'm starting it with a study of the social structure of U.M., I pretty much hope this gets pinned, so I can tally the difference of the social structure of U.M., each year, creating it's sociological history. I will measure how much time and how slow the social structure changes within a year and gather other data sets. mellow.gif original.gif geek.gif

P.S. There might possibly be a second part to this poll, but for that to happen, I need to talk to saruman to find out if it's appropriate. devil.gif

P.S.S. Ignore the European option

I am a white female. I chose other for beliefs since I don't follow a set religion. I am spiritual within myself. original.gif Jody

Hispanic (don't like Latino) male, Christian. Good luck with the study. When will you publish your results?
"The repentance that really changes your heart and your relationship with God begins when you recognize that your main sin, the sin under the rest of your sins, is your self-salvation project.... Even diligent involvement in church and religion may need to be repented of once we understand that it was all a way to put God and others in our debt."

It will be gradually at the end of each month, or year. and I will compare them. Next I will implicitly/explicitly study U.M.'s norms, values, knowledge, material culture, symbols, and I don't even have to study language that much.

Just being nosey, is this a project you are doing? Research for a specific reason? Or just curious?

Researching, and making a project out of curiosity. I really love sociology, and I always wanted to do sociological research, and now it's my chance. So, you can say it's all three.

Skeptical scrutiny is the means, in both science and religion, by which deep insights can be winnowed from deep nonsense. ~ Carl Sagan

"...man has an irrepressible tendency to read meaning into the buzzing confusion of sights and sounds impinging on his senses; and where no agreed meaning can be found, he will provide it out of his own imagination." ~ Arthur Koestler
